During lockdown, a new talent search and showcase initiative for aspirant young South African performers was launched online by actress, singer and musical theatre coach, Lisa Bobbert called Starz at Home. A few DPHS boys took part in the different categories and we are delighted to share the following results:
“The Ollies” singing performances by Max & Leo Oliva, who won the sponsor’s award. Zane van Der Nest won the junior overall with his monologue called The Dark Side, and Aaron Drimmie was a finalist in the senior variety category. Well done to these talented boys for all their outstanding achievements and for flying the DPHS cultural flag.
