On Sunday, a number of DPHS boys took part in the INTER-SCHOOL Bodyboarding Event (#1 of 3) at Bike and Bean Durban.
There were 43 riders from 10 different schools, riding from beginner level to provincial level, ranging from 9 years to 18 years old. It was an amazing day and the conditions were fair.
The heats were 20 minutes each and you were not allowed to catch more than 10 waves per heat. Points were awarded for the most radical tricks and turns that you could manouvre.
The next event is 28 July 2019, so let’s hope to see more DPHS boys !!!
