It has been encouraging to note the teamwork of staff, boys and parents at the beginning and end of each school day. The process has run smoothly at each gate with minimum delay to receive or hand back over to the family member. We really do appreciate how parents have been punctual at the set times which has alleviated the congestion around the school with parents now dropping or fetching their son and then moving on back to the car. The Orientation Programme last week did assist the boys with the procedures to follow as each one knows exactly which line to follow and where/how to wait patiently for their screening to take place.
Thank you to the parents for following the process in applying for your son to remain at home to receive the online teaching programme. We acknowledge the feedback in appreciation that has been received, especially directed at the teachers, for the online efforts that have been shared.
This week, I merely wanted to acknowledge our DPHS community for your continued support throughout these challenging times, which is so greatly appreciated.
