DPHS Cross Country Captain Runs a Great Race.

Jarrod Frost, finished 8th at the KZN Club Cross Country held recently in Amanzimtoti. The u13 age group had a route of 4km and Jarrod finished in a time of 16.11 mins. It was a very tough course, with wet, muddy and slippery conditions. Congratulations Jarrod.
