Durban Preparatory High School is one of the very few primary schools that offer concessions during exams. A concession is a support tool that enables the boys to perform closer to their potential in tests and examinations. Examples of concessions include a reader, additional time or a scribe. The role of the Learning Support at DPHS is to “prepare our boys for life” and therefore these concessions offer support to help the boys achieve their full potential as they prepare for life.
